Mystagogue Vol. II was only ever released on audiotape, around 1996 or '97, packaged as a freebie with Slap skateboard magazine.
In order to get it you had to buy the issue that was sold in skateboard shops (i.e., it wasn't packaged with bookshop or other newsstand copies).
This is pretty early Wu, and at the time they had a board company that sponsored Kevin Taylor, who's now with Zoo York.
The mix itself is gritty Rza, with beats from Tical, Forever, 36 Chambers, etc. mixed with jazz and funk.

DJ Quest -- the producer of the first battle-style record (Hamster Breaks), creator of the widely adopted Hamster Style, and turntablist in Livehuman -- presents Questolous. Drawing from the early-80's style of hip-hop, Questolous is the synthetic fusion between drum-machine and vinyl. DJ Quest collaborated with Dawgish, Oaty Love, and DJ T-Rock, among other underground producers. On the vocal tip, Eddie K, Bas 1, and Luke Sick graced tracks with down tempo, mid-tempo-club style, and hardcore b-boy flavors. The drum beats are thick, and the turntable techniques acrobatic. DJs will enjoy turntable tracks cooked from scratch, layered with drumming, and glazed with squelching bass-lines, blazed high-hats, and virtuoso scratch solos. Mixed with the bisque of turntable music are chunky breaks, drum loops and scratch arrangements. Rooted in the golden nectar of old-school electro, Questolous maps sonic travels to the sci-fi-retro-future. By maintaining the rawness of the old school with futuristic soundscapes and techniques, Questolous is another musical achievement from a turntablist innovator.

For nearly a decade, Mastamind existed exclusively as a member of the Detroit acid rap group Natas before releasing his first solo album in 2000, proving that he was more than group leader Esham's right-hand man. Ten years earlier while attending Osborne High School in Detroit, MI, Mastamind (born Gary Reed) passed a three-song demo tape to fellow student Esham. At the time, Esham had already released a debut full-length, Boomin' Words From Hell, along with a handful of EPs, making him a substantial superstar amongst his teenaged peers. Esham liked what he heard and decided to form a group with Mastamind and a friend named TNT. Together, the trio decided on the name Natas as a symbol of their disposition at the time and released their first album, Life After Death, on Esham's Reel Life Productions label in 1992. Subsequent years brought a number of follow-ups. In 1995, Mastamind's solo debut appeared, a five-song EP titled Lickkuidrano, but it wasn't until 2000 that his first solo LP appeared, Themindzi. With this release came critical acclaim among the hardcore rap underground, as ~Murder Dog magazine's readers voted Mastamind 2000's "most slept on" rapper while also praising his album. The rapper then went on the road in 2001, touring nationally for the first time and winning legions of new fans in the process.
