Bi-Polar Bear is a Indie Hip Hop duo based out of Brooklyn and this is their second album (which they decided to make a free download for all their fans).
The sound is somewhat comparable to Atmosphere and they're working with Blue Sky Black Death on their next project.

Ture! "Love begins 2 die" and "Night's Like This" are my favourite joints. The beats are very complex and it's obvious that there's a lot of work in them, however the lyricism reminds me too much of Brother Ali's.
