Sampling Zero7 in "Alive and Well" was not really a convincing start, I must say. Then it just turns into a very good record both beat-and lyricwise. Fresh samples, dope rhymes and the assistance from Moka Only, Blame One, Dynas or Bootie Brown are all leading to one point: this is a very good job, a hip-hop album that contains all the necessary requirements a hip-hop album needs.
