Finally the project of Vadim, Pugslee Atomz and Sabira Jade is here. If I look at it it's supposed to be dope as all of them are very good separately but somehow the whole project is a bit boring on a whole: the vocals are brilliant but in general the length of the tracks is just redundantly long. The name "The Electric" isn't a coincidence: all tracks are influenced by a funky-electronic sounding. Some joints are definitely perfect for an afternoon trip ("Electric Company", "I'm All In"), some have cheap clubbing sound ("Life Is Moving" or "Sometimes"), some ar really groovie ("Overloaded", "We Rollin") and some are just a good listen ("So Now You Know", "Hands Up"). The beginning of "Hands Up" is going a bit too far though with the ATCQ cover. On a whole: an okay record which is able to satisfy various demands which is not necessarily good for picky listeners.
