No shit! I saw them at the then Tweeter center (now the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre) in (Chicago) Illinois (really Tinley Park) on that very tour. OL'Dirty Bastard, had already gotten arrested and was taking an "Iron Vaction" (jail) so said the crew. WuTang was ok but rage was sick as shit.
