I used to love Promoe back at 90's, still love Promoe at 00's! LooptroopRockers have manage to evolve their style perfectly, not remaining to the hiphop culture but adding new elements such as reggae, dancehall even electronica.
Miska this track has no ringtone beats. The bass is heavy, the rap is "static" and the whole track refers to classic rap music.

I loved Promoe in the end of the nineties, these ringtone music beats are pretty far from that era unfortunately.
