What is this? Just some fag playing records? What the fuck does Dom Kennedy have to do with Badu & Slum? What a completely random, weird mix. Sorry for being negative, just thought this was kinda funny. Thanks for all the great music, doe.

I think you missed the point. Firstly, Dopeshoes is not fag. SHE is female deejay from San Diego. Secondly, read the title of mix. It's explains it all. It's mix of three 3 song from 3 artists. Nothing more, nothing less.

"The concept is pretty simple: each episode features 3 artists, containing 3 songs from each. So, they're pretty short, just little mini-mixes really. I'll be releasing a new episode every few weeks, and each episode will pick up where the last one left off."

What's the "point" that I missed? Nothin' personal against anyone, I'm just bored, gettin' shit off my chest. There's way too many DJ's & rappers & whatnot putting out product. I have a hard time seeing what could possibly be relevant about putting out a mix of a few famous Erykah Badu & Slum Village songs & some random Dom Kennedy...I'm jus' sayin...

Haha, damn Clint. I'm going to assume you don't listen to mixes much. Or have much respect for gay people, for that matter. "The point" is just to put something together for people to nod their heads to while they're going about their day. Maybe introduce 'em to a song or an artist they haven't heard before. Just a casual mix. It's a free download and you're definitely free to not download it. I respect your opinion about my mix being random and weird (you should see the other ones, you'd probably throw your shoe at the computer, haha), but you might wanna stop thinking about DJs as "fags playing records." Stay up.

Thanks Hamza, for taking the time to clarify my concept!
